Fully AUTOMATIC wheel straightening equipment, state-of-the-art and very easy to use, complete with INTEGRATED PROFESSIONAL TURNING STATION. This machine allows you to straighten the rims and return to the customer your own round rims as new! The machine is divided into two distinct sections: STRAIGHTENING and TURNING, cycles completely independent of each other, both in operation and operation. This offers the undisputed advantage of being able to carry out two different processes at the same time, thus optimising processing times. On the straightening side, the disc is placed appropriately on the machine, automatically measured and then subjected to structural test load. During the automatic repair cycle you can monitor the various processing phases in real time, through the display installed on board machine. This model is also equipped with ceramic heater with infrared technology. The turning section, equipped with systems specifically dedicated to the professional turning of wheel discs, allows you to perform all operations of roughing, finishing and modeling of the rim profiles, both inside and outside.
